Our Test Coordinators, also known as Test Leads have great experience with coordinating all aspects of testing within medium to large scale SAAS implementations. Test Coordinators manage the Testing meeting cadence, track preparations and monitor execution ramp up activities at a low level to provide greater visibility on progress against targets. 

They are also great support for business testing, where they lead the assignment of tests to business testers and track daily order of sequence to ensure compliance to the Test Plan. Effective coordination of testing adds value to the Testing and Defect resolution across all phases of testing because it ensures all primary and secondary tasks are completed in a timely, orderly manner.
